Terms of Use
These terms apply to Earn Farm — the game at earn.farm and the Earn Farm Android app (together, “the game”). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. The game
Earn Farm is a free-to-play farming game. You can play as a guest without a wallet, or sign in with a Solana wallet. Some items can be bought with the CLASH token; everything else is earned by playing.
2. Your account
- A guest island lives in this browser or app until you link a wallet. If you clear the app data or lose the device before linking, the guest island may be lost.
- When you sign in with a wallet, the wallet is your account. Keep your wallet and its recovery phrase safe — we never ask for them and cannot recover them.
- One person, one account. Automated play, exploiting bugs or interfering with other players can lead to suspension.
3. Payments with CLASH
- Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in CLASH at a quoted rate that is fixed for each order for a short time.
- You sign every payment yourself in your own wallet. Each payment burns 70 % of the amount and sends 30 % to the Earn Farm ecosystem treasury account. The game never holds your tokens and has no deposits.
- Blockchain payments are final. Burned tokens cannot be returned. An item is delivered once the server has verified the transaction on the Solana network. A transaction that reaches the network after the quoted rate has expired is not credited automatically — contact us with the order number.
- Network fees are paid by your wallet and are not refundable.
4. In-game items
Credits, crops, decorations, tools and other in-game items are a license to use them in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, sold back or exchanged for money or tokens, and may be rebalanced as the game evolves.
5. Not financial advice
CLASH is a cryptocurrency whose price can rise or fall sharply. Nothing in the game is an offer, an investment or financial advice. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and for any taxes. You must be old enough to use crypto wallets where you live.
6. Names and behaviour
Nicknames are visible to other players. Offensive or misleading names can be reset by moderators. Harassment, cheating and impersonation are not allowed.
7. Partner services
Some buildings in the game may link to services of other Solana projects. Those services have their own terms; transactions with them are between you and that service, signed in your own wallet.
8. Availability and changes
The game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end features, and update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Earn Farm is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, changes in token prices, or losses caused by your wallet, your device, the Solana network or third-party services.
